- What image formats does ClarifyPix support?
- We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats. Maximum file size is 20MB.
- How long are my images stored?
- All uploaded images and enhanced results are automatically deleted 1 hour after processing. We do not store your images permanently.
- Do you use my images for AI training?
- Never. Your images are only used to provide the enhancement service you requested.
- How does the credit system work?
- Each enhancement type costs a specific number of credits. Basic subscribers get 100 credits/month, Pro subscribers get 500 credits/month. Credits reset each billing cycle.
- What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
- Pro includes 8× and 16× upscaling, 500 credits/month (vs 100), and priority processing speed. Basic covers all standard features up to 4×.
- How does the 7-day trial work?
- The trial costs $1.99 (one-time) and gives you 10 credits valid for 7 days. It is available once per user.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes. You can cancel anytime through Dashboard → Billing, or directly in your PayPal account. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period.
- What is your refund policy?
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. Contact us at hello@clarifypix.com within 30 days.
- How does AI upscaling work?
- Our AI models analyze your image for patterns, textures, and edges, then intelligently reconstruct missing details at higher resolutions — fundamentally different from simple pixel interpolation.
- Why do I need to verify my email?
- Email verification helps prevent spam accounts and abuse, ensuring fair usage for all users.
- Is there a free version?
- ClarifyPix is a paid service with a low-cost $1.99 trial. The trial fee helps us prevent abuse and ensures genuine users get the best experience.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept PayPal for all payments. PayPal supports credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts depending on your country.
- Can I use ClarifyPix on mobile?
- Yes. ClarifyPix is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. On mobile, you can upload photos from your camera or gallery.
- Which AI models do you use?
- We use verified open-source models hosted on Replicate: Real-ESRGAN, Clarity Upscaler, GFPGAN, DDCColor, and more. See our AI Transparency page for details.
