By accessing or using ClarifyPix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ClarifyPix. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
ClarifyPix offers subscription plans billed monthly via PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until cancelled. The 7-Day Trial is a one-time purchase of $1.99, available once per user.

6. Intellectual Property
Your images belong to you. ClarifyPix does not claim ownership of any images you upload. Enhanced results are yours to use, share, or sell as you wish. We do not use your images for AI training.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not upload illegal content, sexually explicit content (NSFW), infringe on others' intellectual property, or engage in automated abuse. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClarifyPix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Dashboard → Settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
