1. Information We Collect

When you use ClarifyPix, we collect:

• Account information: Email address, name (when provided via Google OAuth or registration form).
• Uploaded images: Images you upload for enhancement processing.
• Payment information: Processed securely by PayPal. We do not store your credit card or PayPal account details.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data via Cloudflare Web Analytics (anonymous, no cookies).
• Cookies: Essential authentication cookies (Supabase Auth) and cookie consent preferences.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the image enhancement service you request.
• To manage your account, subscription, and credits.
• To send transactional emails (welcome, payment receipts, renewal reminders).
• To comply with legal obligations.
• To improve our service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

3. Image Storage & Deletion

Your images are automatically deleted 1 hour after processing. Both original uploads and enhanced results are removed from our storage (Cloudflare R2) after this retention period. We do not use your images for AI training, data mining, or any purpose other than providing the enhancement service.

4. Data Storage

Your account data is stored in Supabase (US region). Uploaded images are temporarily stored in Cloudflare R2 global object storage. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS 1.3.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ClarifyPix:

• Supabase — Authentication and database
• PayPal — Payment processing
• Replicate — AI model inference
• Cloudflare — Hosting, CDN, storage, analytics
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Sentry — Error monitoring

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.

8. Age Restriction

ClarifyPix is for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
